AVIR AT CRESCENT MOON, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. We serve patients and residents with orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities to develop programs in balance, gait, mobility, and skilled maintenance.

Vital Therapy operates a network of over 80 facilities, supporting our leaders with ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Texas required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT-related services to patients and residents on-site.
• Collaborate with an in-house therapy team and interdisciplinary staff.
• Develop and contribute to balance, gait, mobility and skilled maintenance programs.

AVIR AT CRESCENT MOON, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapst Assistant to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a PTA who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in balance, gait, mobility, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.
