Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Our clinics focus on treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, and general orthopedic care, all while ensuring a compassionate and patient-first approach.

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. As a PTA, you’ll work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced setting, helping patients recover from injuries and surgeries while promoting strength, mobility, and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide hands-on care including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as directed by the PT
• Educate patients on exercises and safety techniques to improve outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the clinic's EMR system
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated care

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited school
• Active Florida PTA license (or eligible)
• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred but not required
• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
