LTC Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team at Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield. You'll help residents practice the movements they need throughout the day, working with a supervising PT to support each person's recovery goals.

What You'll Do

• Provide treatment based on plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Work with residents on walking, transfers, balance, and therapeutic exercises
• Note how residents respond to treatment and report changes to the PT
• Complete treatment documentation and communicate with the care team
