Job summary

LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become part of our rehabilitation team in Taunton, MA. This full-time role involves working closely with Physical Therapists to provide hands-on treatment designed to improve residents' mobility, strength, and functional independence.

You will carry out therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed PT, assist with strengthening, balance, gait, transfers, and mobility activities, document progress, and collaborate with therapy,

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts PTA license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
