Ultimate Therapy in Vineland, NJ is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Autumn Lake at Vineland. You will work with skilled nursing residents to implement the PT plan of care and help residents regain mobility.

The role involves leading exercises, gait training, transfers, and documenting progress while collaborating with the supervising PT and nursing staff. New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatments directed by the supervising Physical Therapist's individualized plan of care.
• Lead prescribed exercises to improve strength, standing balance, and endurance.
• Guide residents through gait training, transfers, and bed mobility while following medical precautions.
• Help residents apply safe techniques when using walkers and other prescribed mobility devices.
• Monitor changes in function, comfort, and treatment tolerance, sharing findings with the PT.
• Maintain accurate session notes and coordinate with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues on daily mobility needs.

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant at Autumn Lake at Vineland. Work with skilled nursing residents as they regain mobility following illness, injury, or hospitalization, helping them practice the skills needed to move through their day with greater confidence.

What You'll Do

• Provide treatments directed by the supervising Physical Therapist's individualized plan of care.

• Lead prescribed exercises to improve strength, standing balance, and endurance.

• Guide residents through gait training, transfers, and bed mobility while following medical precautions.

• Help residents apply safe techniques when using walkers and other prescribed mobility devices.
