The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality in-home care.

You will help patients regain movement, manage pain, and document progress while educating families on at-home exercises; collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, all within a flexible schedule in a compassionate home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care in geriatrics, orthopedics or hospital/home care.
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices.
• Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures.
• Ability to assist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
