The Lakes Home Care Services in Florida is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed therapists in providing in-home rehabilitation. You will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and follow care plans to promote independence.

You will document progress, educate families on exercises, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, high-quality care for geriatric and other patients receiving home health services.

Formación

• Licensed PTA in Florida as per state requirements.
• Experience in home health or hospital settings preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and families on exercises and home-care routines.
