What We’re Looking For:
Passionate physical therapy assistant
Comfortable working in the SNF setting
Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for patient care
Requirements:
Active PTA license/certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
Current TB test/results
Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist in providing physical therapy services under the direction of a PT
Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals
Focus on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and safety techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
