Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Observe patient responses, document progress, and report to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide instructions to patients and families on exercises and safety precautions.
• Support Physical Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.

Experience: 0-1 years.

Licenses and Certifications: Current, valid state PTA licensure; CPR certification preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans and therapies.
