InHome Therapy is hiring full‑time or part‑time Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to serve Plano and surrounding areas in home health settings. You’ll deliver PTA services to adults and seniors, with autonomy over your day and a steady patient flow.

A generous bonus program and ongoing mentorship support your career growth. Earn up to $12,000 through the Bonus Program, with a visit rate of $46-$51 per visit and mileage reimbursement.

*This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
