Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized patient treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments and perform interventions under the supervision of a physical therapist.
• Implement treatment programs, including exercises, modalities, and other prescribed interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Participate in daily Treatment Team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan for continued care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain current knowledge of physical therapy techniques, best practices, and industry standards.
