Premier at Perry Village is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations in New Bloomfield, PA!

Shift Available: PRN

Responsibilities

• To provide physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures, and productivity standards
• Assist the Physical Therapist in the evaluation of residents as directed.
• Assist the Physical Therapist with the development of treatment plans as directed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as Physical Therapist Assistant in practicing state(s)
• Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.
