SN Consulting is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Whitinsville, MA. This opportunity offers the chance to work directly with residents in a skilled nursing setting while supporting mobility, strength, balance, and functional progress.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with gait training, therapeutic exercise, transfers, balance activities, and mobility goals
• Monitor resident response during treatment sessions and communicate progress or concerns to the PT
• Encourage safe participation and support residents in reaching individualized therapy goals
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
