Job description

Position Overview

Must have graduated from a 2-year accredited PTA program and hold a MA state PTA license, or be eligible for licensure. A Part-Time (24 hours – 3 days a week) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Norwell, MA. Any three days a week, but one must be a consistent weekend day.

Large, beautiful rehab gym that offers a friendly work environment with great patient outcomes. The facility is very close to Route 3. New graduates with Level 2 SNF clinical experience are welcome to apply. Must have SNF experience.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.

Good Faith Rate Range: $35/hr – $40/hr
