Frontline Personnel is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our PRN pool for long-term care and skilled nursing settings.

You will perform patient-focused interventions under a licensed Physical Therapist, helping residents maximize independence and quality of life in a compassionate, flexible employment environment with daily pay options.

Qualifications

• A Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license by the State is REQUIRED.
• Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Responsibilities

• Carry out patient-related activities and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide services to help maximize independence and maintain health for individuals limited by physical injury or illness.
• Support individuals with cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, developmental or learning disability, or adverse environmental conditions.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Frontline Personnel, under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients including:

• Carry out patient-related activities and therapeutic interventions.

• Provide services to help maximize independence and maintain health for individuals limited by:

  • Physical injury or illness

  • Cognitive impairment

  • Psychosocial dysfunction
