You will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans, helping patients recover, improve mobility, and return to daily activities safely and efficiently.

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
