InHome Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team in Lake County, IL. You will care for adult and geriatric patients in their homes, delivering therapy under the supervision of a PT with a focus on safety and functional improvement.

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT

• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

Additional Information

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
