Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health services in DeKalb and surrounding areas. You will work with adult and geriatric patients in their homes, delivering compassionate, evidence-based therapy with autonomy over your day and schedule.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology—email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

Compensation and Benefits*

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
