Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home health PT services in the Chicago area, serving adult and geriatric patients in their homes with autonomy and support from a PT supervisor.

We offer a flexible schedule, consistent patient referrals, mileage reimbursement, and tools to reduce windshield time. Per-visit compensation ranges $40–$50 with training and mentorship support and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
