Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the therapy team at Autumn Lake at Arcola in Silver Spring, MD. The role offers an hourly rate of $37–$41 and a full-time schedule with benefits.

The PTA will deliver treatments under a licensed PT, support mobility and independence, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Guide residents through strengthening, gait training, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility activities.
• Follow established treatment plans and support individualized rehabilitation goals.
• Observe resident progress and communicate relevant changes to the supervising PT.
• Reinforce therapeutic exercises and safe movement techniques.
• Complete clear and timely treatment documentation.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident recovery.

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the therapy team at Autumn Lake at Arcola. Work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals while providing hands‑on treatment that helps residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function.

What You'll Do
