Synchrony’s Rehabilitation Services in Kokomo, IN is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under the direction of a Physical Therapist. You will implement therapy plans, monitor patient responses, and document progress in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises and modalities.
• Observe patient responses to therapy, document progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patients’ responses and progress.
• Instruct patients and families on exercise techniques and safety precautions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
