Concierge Home Care in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver 1:1 in-home care with a flexible schedule. Earn $46-$50+ per visit with pay-per-visit model and quarterly bonuses, while maintaining autonomy and a balanced lifestyle.

Responsibilities include hands-on therapeutic care per the plan of care, improving mobility and independence, documenting with AI-assisted tools, and collaborating with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida PTA license.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising PT.
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools.
