InHome Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver home health PT services to adult and geriatric patients in South Philadelphia. You will manage a consistent caseload with autonomy over your day and receive supportive clinical and administrative backing.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, mentorship, and opportunities for leadership within a growing home health network. Prior PTA licensure and BLS CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients at home.
• Comfort with basic technology (email, texting, EMR) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health PTA services under supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes to restore strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

Compensation and Benefits*

The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
