Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Skilled Nursing Facility

Now staffing Physical Therapist Assistants for the Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and surrounding areas.

PTAs work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education, aiming to improve patients' physical and cognitive functions and enhance their daily lives.

Pay Rate: $33/hour (W-2), $37/hour (1099)

Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duties:

• Collaborate daily with the PT Supervisor and follow the established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, addressing conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, Cancer, orthopedic surgeries, and other debilitating diagnoses.
• Monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software.

Physical Therapy Assistants will receive:
