HealthPro Heritage in Hudson, OH is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) to join a true continuum-of-care on a Crown Center at Laurel Lake campus.

Opportunities exist for full-time, part-time, and PRN, with responsibilities spanning implementing treatment plans, direct patient care, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as PTA, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with EHR and therapy tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists. Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols.
• Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Overview

HealthPro Heritage has a great opportunity for a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA).

Need: Full-time, part-time, and PRN

Location: Crown Center at Laurel Lake in Hudson, OH

Setting: CCRC campus with 75 skilled beds, 70-ish AL beds, and 300 IL Beds.

Rate Range: $28-$34/hr (based years of experince)

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible
• Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
