Job summary

Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Edenton, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and deliver comprehensive treatment to residents in our long-term care setting.

You will participate in patient evaluations, document progress, assist with billing coordination, and take part in facility and rehab meetings while supervising junior PTA staff and maintaining professional relationships with coworkers, patients, and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a BA or Associates degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state.
