Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic | California

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Location: Corona, California

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are a therapist-led outpatient orthopedic clinic group committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services across California. Our team specializes in musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative care, and return-to-sport programming. We emphasize personalized care, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative work environment.

We are currently hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out treatment interventions as directed by supervising Physical Therapists
• Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities to improve mobility and function
• Monitor patient responses and report progress or concerns to the PT
• Document daily notes and progress in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
• Provide education and encouragement to help patients achieve rehab goals
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current California PTA license (or eligible)
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred, but new grads welcome
