Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks in Clinton, MD. The PTA will provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and help residents regain mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland PTA license is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans and monitor resident progress.
• Communicate changes in resident status with the supervising therapist and interdisciplinary team.
