Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join Signature Rehab. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to help residents recover and resume daily activities in a supportive environment.

This full-time role emphasizes collaborative care, adherence to care plans, and engagement in a mission-driven culture focused on quality outcomes and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, culminating in an Associate’s Degree.
• A valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure residents/patients make a full recovery and timely return to activities they enjoy.
• Provide PTA services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist according to the plan of care.
