Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join Signature Rehab, providing rehabilitative care within our nursing and outpatient settings.

You will collaborate with clinicians to help residents recover fully and return to daily activities, while maintaining licensure requirements and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, culminating in an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Work with the clinical team to ensure residents make a full recovery and timely return to activities.
• Provide PTA duties in accordance with licensure requirements and facility protocols.
