Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Home Health PTA to serve Boerne, TX, working with adult and geriatric patients in their homes under PT supervision.

We offer a flexible schedule, a consistent patient load, and therapy-first support with opportunities for growth. A tablet with a data plan is provided, plus training and mentorship. Per-visit pay ranges from $45 to $50, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
