InHome Therapy in Boca Raton is hiring a full-time PTA to deliver home health physical therapy to adults and the geriatric population, under supervision of a PT.

You will enjoy a flexible schedule, consistent patient volume, mileage reimbursement, and tools provided to support care delivery.

This position offers paid training, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a therapy-first clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $35-50 per visit

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
