Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring Physical Therapy Assistants to deliver home health services in Bastrop, TX. You will visit adult and geriatric patients at home, providing therapy under a PT's supervision and helping them regain strength and function.

We offer a consistent caseload, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, tablet and data plan, paid training, and ongoing mentorship. The visit rate ranges from $45 - $50 per visit, with potential for growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Basic comfort with email, texting, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
