What you will do in this role:

• Provide quality, compassionate care in a team environment within a secure setting
• Implement patients' Care Plans for rehabilitation under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, assisting patients with tasks to restore and enhance their performance
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and post charges in patient records
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting standards
• Educate patients' families or nursing staff on follow-through programs
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance, professional standards, and applicable laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program with an Associate Degree
• Current state licensure as a PTA or equivalent in the states where services are provided
• CPR certification (if required)
