Job summary

Progressive Rehab Solutions Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist / Director of Rehabilitation.

The PTA will deliver treatment programs, monitor progress, and assist patients toward independence. Key duties include carrying out treatment plans for individuals and groups, guiding therapeutic exercises, educating patients on mobility and devices, documenting progress, and reporting changes to the supervising

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from accredited PTA program.
• Current state PTA license.
• Clinical experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients safely.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching.
• Work in long-term care and healthcare environments.
