Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Renewal Rehab team in Michigan's Zeeland area. This part-time, permanent role supports SNF and long-term care settings with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay.

You'll provide PT assistant services under supervision of a licensed PT, assist in patient selection and referrals, and help maintain compliant documentation to ensure high-quality outcomes and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
