Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time work in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting in Wisconsin. The role supports clinicians with mentorship, competitive pay, and ongoing education to advance clinical growth and long-term success.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT, participate in patient selection and therapy coordination, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliant

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome! Mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
