Job summary

Rehab Advisors By Enhance Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join an in-house therapy program in a Skilled Nursing Facility in New York. This full-time position requires state licensure and offers the chance to grow within a dedicated clinical team.

You will provide PTA services under supervision, help identify appropriate patients, coordinate with the PT for evaluations, and ensure compliant documentation and up-to-date physician orders. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• In-house therapy program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT assistant treatments under supervision of licensed PT.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and up to date.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
