Job summary

Trinity Rehab Services in Vernon, VT is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services. You will join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

As a PTA, you will provide services under established plans of care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and focus on delivering meaningful patient care while completing documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• VT licensed PTA or eligible for VT licensure
• Willing to work in SNF and outpatient settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
