Job summary

Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a flexible PRN PTA to join our supportive rehab team in Springfield, VT. You will help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Under the direction of a PT, you will document treatments using Net Health and collaborate with the rehab team to support resident-centered goals. This role welcomes new grads with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Vermont.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but new grads welcome.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a PT.
• Assist residents with mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence.
• Document treatments and progress using Net Health.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support resident-centered goals.
