Job summary

Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Springfield, VT is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team. Help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Applicants must hold an active Vermont PTA license. SNF/LTC experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome. You will document treatments using Net Health and collaborate with the team to achieve resident-centered goals.
