Job summary

Select Medical's NovaCare outpatient orthopedic center in Delaware, OH is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient care in an outpatient setting, on a per diem/PRN basis with weekday hours. Compensation is $27.00 per hour; duties include supervised PTA services and collaboration with a licensed PT.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited PTA program, CAPTE national exam, active PTA license or in process, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by CAPTE.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by state law.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients, caregivers and facilities per policy.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients and support staff relationships.

Our NovaCare outpatient orthopedic center is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide top-notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities

- Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.

- Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures

- Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications
