CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our geriatric care team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This PRN position requires the ability to evaluate and treat independently, and to deliver functional activities that enhance residents' mobility and comfort.

You will support the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Geriatric population experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PT with therapies to improve mobility and overall fitness in a skilled nursing facility.
• Perform functional activities to enhance residents' comfort and independence.
• Support assessments and treatment planning as directed by PT.

Looking for a talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
