CareRite Centers, LLC in New York is seeking a devoted Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. This full-time role requires a NYS PTA license and the ability to evaluate and treat residents independently under minimal supervision.

You will support the PT with mobility-focused therapies, pain relief, and wellness programs to improve residents' daily living, while contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Per diem options may be available.

Qualifications

• Active NYS PTA license required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Experience in geriatric or skilled nursing facility setting preferred but not required.
