Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will hold an active state license and be able to support independent evaluation and treatment with a passion for improving residents' mobility and well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting the PT with mobility therapies and contributing to residents' overall fitness and wellness in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Active license in the state of practice.
• Geriatric/SNF experience preferred but not required.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
