Job summary

The Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for PRN shifts in a skilled nursing facility. You will work under the supervision of a PT to support geriatric residents, evaluate and treat independently when appropriate, and help residents improve mobility and quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, adherence to regulations, and collaboration with the care team. SNF experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.

Physical Therapy Assistant PRN

Looking for a talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
