Job summary

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lebanon, TN, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant PRN to support mobility and pain management in our Skilled Nursing Facility.

You will assist the PT with individualized plans, document progress, and help residents perform therapeutic activities to improve daily living and overall wellness.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Tennessee PTA license.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document resident progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Support residents in performing functional activities to enhance daily living.

Physical Therapy Assistant PRN

Looking for a talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
