NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient PRN coverage at our Grand Ledge, MI location. The role supports an outpatient orthopedic team with a per diem schedule and competitive hourly pay. This is a great opportunity to grow within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient PRN

Location: 914 Charlevoix Dr, Grand Ledge, MI 48837

Schedule: PRN, weekdays (Mon-Fri)

Compensation: $25 - $35 /hour

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team.This role is perfect for a licensed PTA with outpatient experience who values work-life balance. We’ll pair our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that works for you. This is a great opportunity to go from PRN to part-time.
