Job summary

Confluent Health’s Xcel Physical Therapy Vandalia clinic seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality outpatient care under PT supervision. You will progress patients toward functional goals using evidence-based approaches and build strong patient relationships in a supportive team.

You will participate in a comprehensive development path with mentorship and access to advanced tools, while benefiting from a strong culture of growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.

About

Compensation: $25.00 - $ 31.00 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
