Position Purpose: As a member of the therapy team, the Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Requirements:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
• Membership or eligibility for membership in APTA preferred
• Knowledge and skills to treat a wide range of conditions and ages
• Current CPR certification and other service line-specific competencies
